We have own warehouses in US.UK and Germany.All the products will be shipped to our local warehouse at first.so the customers from the US.UK.EU do not need to pay for some additional costs,for example:VAT,Tariff.Customs fee.and we also support DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)shipment for some european countries.All the packages will be delivered in Netherlands at first,After completing customs clearance by our express agent,all the package will be delivered to buyers via mainstream european courier companies or postal service .So there is no customs and VAT fee.

4. The shipment of more than 2KG products will be made via international express(EMS/DHL/UPS/Fedex/TNT).line logistics. The shipment of less than 2KG products will be made via post mail(Hongkong Post/Singapore Post/DHL Globle Post/USPS/Royal Mail.).

5. For PO BOX addresses and remote area,we will only use EMS to deliver the goods.

6.Tracking information will be provided for Registered Shipping & Expedited Shipping.and will be delayed for displaying for several hours.

8.We ship all of our goods from the local or nearest warehouse directly.If any products are out of stock in our overseas warehouse.we will have to ship the goods from china at first. We are still responsible for all the cost .such as VAT,tariff.customs fee.

9.We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier until buyers pay for the re-shipping cost. .

Returns & Refund Policies

1. All customers should contact us by Customer Service before returning any item(s). Europelilliput will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance. When contacting us please include the following information:

1) Photos of the front and back of the packaging envelope or box
2) The picture of the returned product(s)
3) Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defect or defective area

2. Please keep all packaging material as they're needed for returns. After returning the products, please provide us the tracking number of the returned package, if there is no tracking number available, a picture of shipping receipt is necessary.
3. Please use the cheapest way to ship the item(s) back. The sender is responsible for all the consequences such as tax if customers do not notify us before returning the products via DHL, EMS, UPS and FedEx express. And express courier services such as DHL, EMS, UPS and FedEx etc. are NOT eligible for return shipping cost reimbursements.
4. Please remember to include a note in your returned package indicating the following details:
1) Your order number;
2) The returned item model;
3) Original tracking number;
4) Your return address and telephone number.
This note will help expediting the processing time for you.
5. Return Address and shipping cost: please contact our Customer Service to confirm the address first. Generally it costs no more than 20USD if you send back by regular airmail, please contact your post office directly to confirm the cost.
6. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase which is not defective or damaged, you may return the item(s) within 30 days from the receipt of your shipment (Returns must be in the original box with all contents). Any cost incurred during the process will be at customer's expense, besides, depreciation fees and/or handling fees is needed for replacement or a refund of the item value.

7. All goods sold have 12 months quality warranty, unless stated otherwise.

8. Rechargeable products such as batteries have six month quality warranty.

9. The buyer should return the goods to us within 7 days from the date the return is authorized. On acceptance of an return submission the shipping address and other information for the return of the unit will be provided to you by email.

10. The buyer should take reasonable care to ensure return goods are not damaged during delivery.

11. Europelilliput.com reserves the right to make changes and/or improvements to this policy.

12. Please allow 3 business days from when we receive your return to process your refund. You will be notified by email once your return is processed. Europelilliput reserves the right to refuse return, refund and/or charge a restocking fee for any product that doesn’t comply with the above mentioned requirements.

Any warranty repairs must be returned with a copy of the original bill of sale (photocopy). Warranty cards are not sufficient.

Items can be shipped back to Europelilliput.com for handling, however please note that shipping charges are not the responsibility of Europelilliput.com.

On all warranties and repairs, Europelilliput.com acts as a service agent only and can not assume liability for any film or spoiled images lost through the malfunction of the product or for consequential loss of any kind. Time of repairs varies depending on the manufacturer's repair workload.
